Equity Office Partners – San Francisco

POLLACK designed the new consolidated management offices of Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP) at One Market Plaza.

EOP developed a new customer-focused approach for their Property Management functions around the country, and selected POLLACK for the implementation in the Greater Bay Area. The San Francisco project collocates EOP’s regional management offices and the property managers from various EOP buildings in San Francisco onto the 30,000 sf sixth floor at One Market Street, Spear Tower. POLLACK provided planning and design for the new space. POLLACK will provide the same services for several of EOP’s approximately 5,000 sf service centers located in Sacramento, Walnut Creek and Foster City.
