It’s time for Ralph Lauren and this time around it intends to add to the style of your home or office. The Brigham Desk is a sleek piece of furniture that is made out of crotch mahogany. It rests on a polished stainless steel base that gives it a modern look. This simple design will easily blend in with any type of interior. The Cognac finish is pleasing to the eyes. The dimensions of this stylish desk are W84″ X D38″ X H30 1/2″. The price tag is a little heavy at $17,000, but it’s worth it for looks like these. Add elegance to any office / home with it. I like the looks, however the leg construction leaves too little space for a chair and prevents moving around. RL Home is a typical brand extension -I’d rather choose the Cineline desk by Ligne Roset or, if the price is an issue, IKEA.

“but it’s worth it for looks like these” Please… its a $17,000 saw-horse table. You can achieve the same look by picking up an mahogany door and two aluminum saw-horses at home depot and you would have $16,400 left for a word-class work station and ergonomic chair.

Agree with Mikko. Table legs too cumbersome and does not leave much room for chair and legs, etc. I would have two straight round poles at either end.

A bit too pricey for what it is, no? And it doesn’t even really seem particularly stunning or eye catching – more like a souped up carpenter’s workbench. I think you can get a lot more chique for that price tag and a similar designer label etched into the woodwork.

This is really dumb. Maybe it works if you’re name is Andrew Arlington or something but that’s about it.

Seriously there are many desks more than twice as nice for less than half the price.
