MSN – Office Space in Mexico
Prodigy MSN decided on a new office in Mexico City, Mexico. They briefed Space architects to design the office which was completed in the summer of 2010. MSN had three main requests for the office, firstly they wanted an open and bright space in which to work. The office meets these expectations, it is filled with natural daylight and the workstations are low and have translucent boards. MSN also wanted their Mexico office designed around a series of multi-purpose spaces and for it to have LEED certification. The project includes various co-working areas, and saves more than 20% water and energy. The office also complies with the standards of energy efficiency that LEED recommends.
